The project
From data to document
SmartSheet collects the hours and generates the company timesheets. Each person logs activities, on-call duty and absences day by day, each one linked to a project order or a cost centre, and the system updates totals and splits.
With one click it prepares an Excel file for each project order, filled in on the template uploaded for that order and ready to sign. Before generating it, it checks that the entries are consistent, so anomalies surface before the document. It is a web application with its own records and reporting.
