The project
Sign without printing
Sign Flow is ITDM’s platform for signing PDF documents: you upload the file, place the fields to fill and choose who signs, who approves and who gets a copy. Each person signs from a personal link.
When the process closes, the PDF gets a signature certificate on its last page and reaches the client’s document system through an HMAC SHA-256 signed call. Several clients share the platform, with a showcase, pricing and sign-up.

How it works
- PreparationIn Next.js you upload the PDF, place the fields and choose the recipients.
- SendingNestJS creates the request and emails each person a personal link.

- DeliveryThe document goes to MinIO (S3) and to the client’s document system through an HMAC signed call.
