Hiring in one place
ATS is ITDM’s recruiting system: from the public careers site to applications with a CV, from step-by-step interviews with a six-axis rating to the salary offer and hiring.
Several companies share the same installation, each with its own data schema; candidates have a personal area and manage their GDPR consent and rights. The interface is in Italian, English and Spanish.

Architecture
How it works
- Careers siteNext.js publishes the job posts and receives applications with the CV.
- APINestJS handles candidates, interviews and ratings, with JWT sign-in.
- DataPostgreSQL with one schema per company; CVs and documents on MinIO (S3).
- ReleaseGitHub Actions ships the code to Docker on the server, behind Caddy, with backup and automatic rollback.
